Home working: Monaco legal requirements

By November 9, 2020Monaco News

Since 1st November 2020, new sanitary measures have been put into place by the government of the Principality of Monaco to limit the spread of Covid-19. Among them, home working is strongly recommended both in the public and the private sectors.

In order to implement home working, employers must in principle obtain an authorization from the Monaco Labour Department and file a declaration with the CCIN (Monaco Data Protection Agency). In addition, it is advisable for an employer to notify its insurance company regarding coverage for work related accident, depending on the condition of the workmen compensation policy.
