Structuring Referral Agreements for a Private Banking Group

We are helping the Monaco subsidiary of a major Private Banking Group to structure its relationship with introducers. While pure referral activities are not regulated in Monaco or in France per se, this is a sensitive area which required particular attention on regulatory, commercial, remuneration and tax aspects of the referral activity as well as on the contractual documentation.
