We assisted an international training organisation entering the French market through a Master Franchise Agreement. We advised on the Disclosure Document (“Document d’information pré-contractuel”) and Master Franchise Agreement for technical compliance from a French law perspective. We also advised on other franchise related matters, such as protecting intellectual property, termination rights, obligation of confidentiality, etc.
