We have recently completed the filing with the Monaco Regulators (Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières “CCAF” and Direction du Budget et du Trésor, from the Ministry of State) in respect of a change of control which occurred in 2 Monaco regulated entities, a bank and an asset management company, following the acquisition by a Brazilian Banking Group of a Swiss Wealth Management Group.
