We advised a global electronic commerce company on mandatory rules in the Principality regarding remote marketing and activities which may fall under the scope of banking regulations applicable in Monaco. We also conducted and participated in multi-jurisdiction surveys and the regulatory impact of marketing initiatives, including on licencing requirements and data protection.
