We have been acting as legal advisors to the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM), the organizer of the Monaco Grand Prix, Monte-Carlo Rally and other racing events such as the Historic Grand Prix. The scope of our work includes preparing contractual documentation for the event promotion, organization, TV broadcasting and media rights agreements, event commercial rights, sponsorship advertising and licensing agreements and merchandising.
We can review any proposal for licensing of trademarks and IP rights or merchandising which we can pass on to the ACM for approval.
