Advisors to a Monaco Private Bank, we assisted in the election process of employee representatives. Our involvement included advice on regulatory and data protection aspects as well as communication with Monaco regulators. We also advised on whistleblowing procedures and requirements.
We also continue to file applications for various Monaco Banks regarding the processing of personal data in Monaco where we have a recognized expertise. We have submitted successfully a number of notifications and authorization requests with the Monaco Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN). Monaco is in the process of being recognized as offering an “adequate level of protection” for data protection purposes.
