We have acted as Monaco Counsel to a major UK Banking Group in the sale of its Private Banking business and Monaco Branch in association with Ashurst and Homburger. The work included vendor audits, regulatory aspects with French and Monaco regulators, contract negotiation and structuring, assignments of loans and receivables as well as tax registration and Monaco post-closing formalities.
