We have helped a major Private Banking Group restructure and rationalize its Monaco leases and commercial property in the Principality. As part of our assistance, we carried out a review of the leases, produced summaries and recommendations including limitation of the restrictions applicable to the use of the premises and assisted during the negotiation of some of the leases.
