We are assisting a major international Swiss Private Banking Group in reviewing their data protection policy on various aspects of its business in Monaco and abroad (HR management, EAM relationships, Audit trails, Help desk etc). We are working with the Legal & Compliance department in all filings with the Monaco Data Protection regulator (CCIN), including assessment of the overall flow structure of personal data, hosting and outsourcing activities.
