We acted as Monaco advisor for a major Chinese operator of integrated entertainment and resort facilities for its investment in the Monaco operator and concession-holder of the Monaco Casino and luxury hotels of the Principality, in coordination with Linklaters.
The scope of our work included due diligence and advice on intellectual property, corporate governance, gambling regulations, AML, smoking laws, human resources, sovereign immunity etc.
