We have assisted a world renowned themed restaurant chain in operations in France. Our work included adapting standard disclosure documents to pre-contractual information requirements as well as advising and structuring international Franchise agreements to new legal requirements on exclusivity, supply agreements, etc. We have also been involved in the monitoring of local signings and area reservation fees.
