We assisted as legal counsel to a panel of institutional lenders on a refinancing transaction. The lenders were seeking to update their collaterals in accordance with the refinancing transaction contemplated by an international luxury jewellery group. We helped the lenders secure their rights under the transaction by drafting tailored Monaco law pledge amendments and issuing a legal opinion on the enforcement of such collaterals under Monaco law.
