We have been asked to assist several major Private Banking groups in structuring their External Asset Management framework. Our assignment included overcoming regulatory and client key issues pertaining to the asset management model, preparing relevant agreements with particular care to risks linked to agency relationship, KYC obligations, AML requirements and remuneration models.
