We have acted as Monaco counsel to an international Private Banking group regarding restructuring and outsourcing options including regulatory, corporate, employment, client relationships and tax matters. Our work included a review of whether certain services may be outsourced, restrictions to outsourcing and delegations as well as relevant conditions from Monaco regulatory, secrecy, and data protection perspectives.
